To all members of the Council you are hereby SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Ipplepen Parish Council, which is to be held at the Millennium Centre, Ipplepen on Tuesday 1st August 2023 at 7.15pm for transacting the following business.

To consider the following planning applications: 23/01303/NPA – Application for Prior Approval under Part 3 Class Q (a) and (b) paragraph W of the GPDO for change of use of part of an agricultural building to a dwelling house at Barn at Kittymore Bridge, Totnes Road, Ipplepen. 23/01350/CLDE – Certificate of lawfulness for existing use of dwelling in non-compliance with agricultural tying condition at Dainton Park, Dainton. |

To receive matters that are brought forward to Councillors attention in order that action can be taken i.e. footpaths, hedges, road maintenance etc. |
