MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING COMMITTEE ON TUESDAY 28th NOVEMBER 2023 at 18.30hrs

- Review of Planning Applications:
3.1 23/01913/FUL – Storage building at Crosslands, Marldon Road.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections in principle provided it is for B 8 use only and that the hours of work are between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm Saturday and no working on Sunday or Public Holidays.
Ipplepen Parish Council also have reservations as to the positioning of the proposed soak away and would suggest there is an archaeological survey of the site prior to development.

3.2 23/01994/TPO – T1 Ash – root plate has lifted, tree propped up in adjacent Oak, leaning towards the lane, to be dismantled. T2 Larch – tree is dead, within close proximity to lane, to be felled at Newhouse Barton, Road from Ashbrook Lodge to Newhouse Barton Bridge.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish have no objections and are happy to take the advice of TDC tree officer.
Proposed RF Seconded RC. Unanimous
3.3 23/02017/HOU – Single storey extension at 53, Clampitt Road.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections to this application.
