3.1 24/00123/FUL – Polycrub (Polytunnel) at The Smithy, Dainton.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objection to this application.

3.2 24/00134/FUL – Conversion of existing outbuildings to single holiday let at Park Hill Farm, Moor Road
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections provided the building remains ancillary to the main dwelling and cannot be sold as a separate dwelling and that it remains as a holiday let in perpetuity.
Proposed RF seconded SR Unanimous
3.3 24/00163/TPO – T001 – x1 Mature Common Ash Tree (infected by Ash Dieback Disease) – Sectionally, dismantle fell & remove to bank level.
T002 – Pedunculate oak – Pollard with final cuts made at approximately x4.0-5.0 metres from ground level. Final cuts to be made using Veteranisation cutting techniques at Moor Road, Ipplepen.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objection to this application.
