- The Chairman will open the Meeting and receive apologies.
- To declare any interests arising at this meeting and to consider any dispensation requests relating to this meeting.
- To consider the following planning applications:
24/00123/FUL – Polycrub (Polytunnel) at The Smith, Dainton.
24/00134/FUL – Conversion of existing outbuildings to single holiday let at Park Hill Farm, Moor Road.
24/00163/TPO – T001 – x1 Mature Common Ash Tree (infected by Ash Dieback Disease) – Sectionally, dismantle fell & remove to bank level. T002 – Pedunculate oak – Pollard with final cuts made at approximately x4.0-5.0 metres from ground level. Final cuts to be made using Veteranisation cutting techniques at Moor Road, Ipplepen.
