The meeting opened at 19:00 hours
- The Chairman opened the Meeting and received apologies.

- Clampitt Road toilets
Initial contractor now withdrawn interest due to other work commitments. Visit arranged with another local contractor to view and price works.
- Skate Park removal
In hand -JR & BJ to liaise
- Emergency Plan update
JR to liaise with DP. DP currently reviewing and amending original document
- Grass Cutting Contract
DP liaising with Cat re tender document and agreeing scope of works prior to issuing tender.
