AGENDA FOR THE MEETING OF IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL

TUESDAY 2nd JANUARY 2024 AT THE MILLENNIUM CENTRE, IPPLEPEN

To all members of the Council you are hereby SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Ipplepen Parish Council, which is to be held at the Millennium Centre, Ipplepen on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 at 7.15pm for transacting the following business.

No Subject
1 The Chair will open the Meeting and receive apologies
2 To declare any interests arising at this meeting.
3 Approval to consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the following meeting: Tuesday 5th December 2023.
  The Council will adjourn for the following items:
4 Public Question Time: A period of 10 minutes will be allowed for members of the public to ask questions or make comment regarding the work of the Council or other items that affect Ipplepen.
  The Council will convene to conduct the following business:
5 Correspondence & Outside Bodies
6 To receive reports from County and District Councillor
7 Planning & Planning Matters:

To consider the following planning applications:

23/02055/HOU – Refurbish and replacement windows, external work to rear store, works and lime render of façade, remove paving to yard and replacement with gravel at The Old House, Fore Street.

23/02056/LBC – Refurbish and replacement windows, external work to rear store, works and lime render of façade, remove paving to yard and replacement with gravel at The Old House, Fore Street.

23/02190/HOU – Removal of existing side extension and garage, construction of two storey side extension with balcony, rear conservatory and installation of solar panels at 2, Ambrook Cottages, Ipplepen.

To Note: E2/15/32 – Land to East if Townsend Hill and North West of Tremlett Grove. The District of Teignbridge (Land to East if Townsend Hill and North West of Tremlett Grove, Ipplepen) Tree Preservation Order 2023.

8 Amenities

To approve Minutes of Amenities Meeting held on 12th December 2023.

9 Finance & Personnel

·         To agree accounts for payments

·         To discuss any further items relating to Finance.

10 Highways

To receive matters that are brought forward to Councillors attention in order that action can be taken i.e. footpaths, hedges, road maintenance etc.

  The Council will adjourn for the following items:
