AGENDA
- The Chairman will open the Meeting and receive apologies.
- To declare any interests arising at this meeting and to consider any dispensation requests relating to this meeting.
- To consider the following planning applications:
24/00665/FUL – Retrospective application to convert workshop into small office with integral parking, erection of first floor extension and creation of new opening in northern elevation at Hellyers Stable, Croft Meadow.
24/00825/HOU – Repair to greenhouse wall at Great Ambrook, Ipplepen.
24/00826/LBC – Repair to greenhouse wall at Great Ambrook, Ipplepen.
24/00878/LBC – Replace corrugated metal roofing sheets, replace all defective gutters and downpipes, infill any holes through the existing external stonework or render, repair roof trusses and repairs to existing internal cellar ceiling at Wellington Inn, Fore Street.
