- Review of Planning Applications:
3.1 24/00665/FUL – Retrospective application to convert workshop into small office with integral parking, erection of first floor extension and creation of new opening in northern elevation at Hellyers Stable, Croft Meadow.
The Chairman allowed members of the public to speak about this application
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections in principle to this application but we would like to emphasise our concerns for a commercial office being sited in a residential area and an increase in traffic using Croft Meadow.

3.2 24/00825/HOU – Repair to greenhouse wall at Great Ambrook, Ipplepen.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections to this application.
