To all members of the Council you are hereby SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Ipplepen Parish Council, which is to be held at the Millennium Centre, Ipplepen on Tuesday 5th December 2023 at 7.15pm for transacting the following business.

| 4 | Public Question Time: A period of 10 minutes will be allowed for members of the public to ask questions or make comment regarding the work of the Council or other items that affect Ipplepen. |

To approve Minutes of Plans Meeting held on 28th November 2023. |

To approve Minutes of Amenities Meeting held on 14th November 2023. – Amenities Report. |
| 9 | Finance & Personnel
· To agree accounts for payments · To discuss any further items relating to Finance. |
| 10 | Highways
To receive matters that are brought forward to Councillors attention in order that action can be taken i.e. footpaths, hedges, road maintenance etc. |
| 11 | Approve Precept Budget for 2024/2025. |
