MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING COMMITTEE ON WEDNESDAY 19th OCTOBER 2022 at 19.00hrs

2.0 Declaration of Interest:
There were no declarations of interest or dispensation requests.
3.0 To consider the following planning applications:
3.1 22/01866/HOU – Four replacement windows to first floor at 2, Plough Cottages, Fore Street.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections in principle but would ask that the windows be placed within the walls (recessed) as per the existing windows.

3.2 22/01867/LBC – Four replacement windows to first floor at 2, Plough Cottages, Fore Street.

3.3 AOB – The Ross Park Appeal will be discussed at the next PC meeting as is stated on the agenda for the next PC meeting
