- Review of Planning Applications:
3.1 24/00337/FUL – Change of use of barn to 2no. holiday lets, with associated parking and landscaping at Newhouse Barton, Ipplepen.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections in principle to this application provided it remains as holiday accommodation in perpetuity and that the development abides by the recommendations of the ecology reports and planning statements..
