MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING COMMITTEE ON WEDNESDAY 18th SEPTEMBER 2024 at 19.15hrs

- There were no declarations of interest in any of the applications.
- Review of Planning Applications:
3.1 24/01388/FUL – Proposed Permanent Dwelling to Support the Essential Needs of an Established Equestrian Enterprise at Moorwood, Ipplepen
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections in principle to the application but comment as follows:
- Any external lighting scheme is to be in accordance with the recommendations of, and the approval of Teignbridge District Council.
- The dwelling is not to be sold, leased or disposed of as a separate entity but to remain as part of the equestrian enterprise in perpetuity.
- The existing temporary dwelling is to be removed from site upon completion of the permanent dwelling and the area returned to its natural state.
Proposed RF seconded DS Three voted in favour, two abstentions
