MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING COMMITTEE ON WEDNESDAY 20th NOVEMBER 2024 at 19.00hrs

2. Declarations of Interest:

There were no declarations of interest in any of the applications.
3. Review of Planning Applications:
3.1 24/01761/HOU – Outbuilding/Garden Room with New Pedestrian Access to Garden at Old Grange, Bridge Street, Ipplepen. Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council object to the application for the following reasons:
a. The new pedestrian access alights directly onto Bridge Street, the main thoroughfare through the village also, there is no pathway on the wall side of the road.
b. The description of the building within the Design & Access Statement varies to that of application description, which is correct?
c. The provision of a Shower Room and Galley Kitchen, as shown on the Floor Plan, intimate a use of the building other than the application description. Proposed RF seconded RC – Unanimous decision. The Council will adjourn for the following items: 4. Public Session (Members of the Public may speak for up to 3 minutes at the discretion of the Chair) No members of the public present.
