- Review of Planning Applications:
3.1 22/02370/HOU – Single storey extension to rear at Park Hill Lodge, Totnes Road.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections to this application.
Proposed RF Seconded DS – unanimous
3.2 23/00345/NPA – Application for Prior Approval under Part 3 Class Q (a) and (b) paragraph W of the GPDO – change of use of an agricultural building to a dwelling at Barn at Kittymore Bridge, Totnes Road.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objection in principle providing the application complies with the timescale of the GDPO under Part 3 Class Q (a) and (b) paragraph W.
Proposed RF Seconded SR – 5 for and 1 against
3.3 23/00416/HOU – Replacement garage at 5 Court Gate Close, Ipplepen.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council object to this application as it is not in harmony with the existing street scene.
Proposed RD Seconded SR – 5 for and 1 abstention
3.4 23/00418/CAN – G1, Mixed species; Through prune to provide 1m clearance from overhead telephone cable run, as indicated in the attached plan at Windmill Brake, Beech Trees Lane.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections to this application.
