- Review of Planning Applications:
3.1 24/00976/TPO – Monterey Pine – Crown Lift and Removal of 6 lower limbs at Altoona, Totnes Road.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council are happy to abide by the TDC Tree Officer’s recommendations.
Proposed RF seconded DS Unanimous
3.2 24/01125/FUL – Construction of a micro energy storage facility at Battery Compound, Totnes Road.
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council support the principle of the proposed energy storage system but feel the suggested siting is detrimental to the visual amenity of the area and could be a potential traffic hazard.
Proposed RF Seconded SR Unanimous
