- Review of Planning Applications:
3.1 24/01761/HOU – Outbuilding/garden room with new pedestrian access to the garden at Old Grange, Bridge Street. (Revised details).
Comment: Ipplepen Parish Council have no objection in principle but comment as follows:
- The plan still shows a shower room that we understand is being omitted.
- We concur with the comments of the Conservation Officer.
- The proposed outbuilding shall remain ancillary to the main building and is not let, leased, or sold as a separate entity.
Proposed RF Seconded SR Unanimous decision.
