IPPLEPEN – Hettor Barn, Road from Denbury Cross to Dornafield Cross, Ipplepen.
Conversion of building to dwelling (for agricultural worker) and associated works.
Ipplepen Parish Council are not in favour of this application for the following reasons.
- We have not been afforded sight of any financial information as to the viability of the site to support a permanent residence.
- In view of the above we are also unable to determine whether the application is policy compliant.

Single storey rear extension, rear dormer, replace first floor glazing on front elevation with rooflights and provide a new pitched roof over existing garage/store.
Ipplepen Parish Council have no objections to this application.
