To all members of the Council you are hereby SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Ipplepen Parish Council, which is to be held at the Millennium Centre, Ipplepen on Tuesday 7th November 2023 at 7.15pm for transacting the following business.

To approve Minutes of Plans Meeting held on 18th October 2023. To consider the following planning applications: 23/01831/ADV – Advertisement sign at Waye Barton, Littlehempston. 23/01892/TPO – Rowan (T1) – Overall crown reduction by up to max 1.5m, back to previous pruning points at 31, Dornafield Drive East. |

To approve Minutes of Amenities Meeting held on 10th October 2023. – Amenities Report. |
| 9 | Finance & Personnel
· To agree accounts for payments · To discuss any further items relating to Finance. · Arrange Date for Precept Budget Meeting/Clerk’s Appraisal. |
| 10 | Highways
To receive matters that are brought forward to Councillors attention in order that action can be taken i.e. footpaths, hedges, road maintenance etc. |
