AGENDA FOR THE MEETING OF IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL

TUESDAY 7th MARCH 2023 AT THE MILLENNIUM CENTRE, IPPLEPEN

To all members of the Council you are hereby SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Ipplepen Parish Council, which is to be held at the Millennium Centre, Ipplepen on Tuesday 7th March 2023 at 7.15pm for transacting the following business.

No Subject
1 The Chair will open the Meeting and receive apologies.
2 To declare any interests arising at this meeting.
3 Approval to consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the following meeting: Tuesday 7th February 2023.
  The Council will adjourn for the following items:
4 Public Question Time: A period of 10 minutes will be allowed for members of the public to ask questions or make comment regarding the work of the Council or other items that affect Ipplepen.
  The Council will convene to conduct the following business:
5 Correspondence & Outside Bodies
6 To receive reports from County and District Councillor
7 Planning & Planning Matters:

To approve Minutes of Plans Meeting held on 22nd February 2023.

To consider the following planning applications:

22/02370/HOU – Single storey extension to rear at Park Hill Lodge, Totnes Road.

 23/00201/CAN – TWT1.  1x Sycamore adjacent to driveway –  Reduce in height     from 16m to 13m above ground level back to suitable growth points.  Reduce the canopy, growing in a south western direction, over the driveway by approximately 3-4m back to suitable pruning points.

G2.  3 x Sycamore situated in Laurel hedge –  Fell to a height of approximately 4m.

T3, Beech & T4, Sycamore – Reduce in height by 3m to suitable growth points and reduce north side canopy by approximately 2m to suitable growth points.  Retaining tree with a height of 15m at Windmill Brake, Beech Trees Lane.

 23/00217/FUL – Change of use of additional land to domestic curtilage with retention of domestic store and pool at Littlemead, Marldon Road, Ipplepen.

 23/00281/FUL – Change of use from agricultural land to dog walking paddock at Land At Ngr 285404 66986 Holmans Hill, Ipplepen.

9 Amenities

To approve Minutes of Amenities Meeting held on 14th February 2023.

  • To consider the quotes received for replacement heaters in the Recreation Ground Toilet block.
10 Finance & Personnel

·         To agree accounts for payments

·         To discuss any further items relating to Finance

·         Scheme of Delegation to the Parish Clerk – Elections 2023

11 Highways

To receive matters that are brought forward to Councillors attention in order that action can be taken i.e. footpaths, hedges, road maintenance etc.

12 Neighbourhood Plan
13 Approve Asset Register
14 Date of Annual Litter Pick
15 Coronation of King Charles
  The Council will adjourn for the following items:
