To all members of the Council you are hereby SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Ipplepen Parish Council, which is to be held at the Millennium Centre, Ipplepen on Tuesday 6th June 2023 at 7.15pm for transacting the following business.

· To agree accounts for payments · To discuss any further items relating to Finance. · To consider and approve the documents for the 2022/2023 Annual External Audit: – Annual Governance Statement 2022/2023 – Accounting Statements 2022/2023. |

To receive matters that are brought forward to Councillors attention in order that action can be taken i.e. footpaths, hedges, road maintenance etc. |
