AGENDA FOR THE MEETING OF IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL

TUESDAY 7th FEBRUARY 2023 AT THE MILLENNIUM CENTRE, IPPLEPEN

To all members of the Council you are hereby SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Ipplepen Parish Council, which is to be held at the Millennium Centre, Ipplepen on Tuesday 7th February 2023 at 7.15pm for transacting the following business.

1 The Chair will open the Meeting and receive apologies.
2 To declare any interests arising at this meeting.
3 Wildanet Talk – building full fibre internet in Ipplepen
4 Approval to consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the following meeting: Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
The Council will adjourn for the following items:
5 Public Question Time: A period of 10 minutes will be allowed for members of the public to ask questions or make comment regarding the work of the Council or other items that affect Ipplepen.
The Council will convene to conduct the following business:
6 Correspondence & Outside Bodies
7 To receive reports from County and District Councillor

To consider the following planning applications:

22/02371/HOU – Single storey rear and two storey side extensions at 35, Crokers Way.

23/00020/HOU – Replacement windows and doors at 33 Tremlett Grove.

APPEAL 22/00069/FAST – Appeal against the refusal of 22/00506/HOU: Retrospective application for garden room at Sunningdale, Totnes Road.

Teignbridge District Council Planning Department – Planning Issues.

To approve Minutes of Amenities Meeting held on 10th January 2023.

To receive matters that are brought forward to Councillors attention in order that action can be taken i.e. footpaths, hedges, road maintenance etc.
