To all members of the Council you are hereby SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Ipplepen Parish Council, which is to be held at the Millennium Centre, Ipplepen on Tuesday 3rd December 2024 at 7.15pm for transacting the following business.

To consider the following planning applications: 24/01665/FUL – Proposed self build / custom build dwelling and associated landscaping including demolition of existing single storey structures and garage at 4 Clarendon Road. 24/01890/HOU – Alterations to roof, loft conversion to create bedroom and en-suite at Auvergne Blackstone Road |
