AGENDA FOR THE MEETING OF IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL

TUESDAY 6th AUGUST 2024 AT THE MILLENNIUM CENTRE, IPPLEPEN

To all members of the Council you are hereby SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Ipplepen Parish Council, which is to be held at the Millennium Centre, Ipplepen on Tuesday 6th August 2024 at 7.15pm for transacting the following business.

No Subject
1 The Chair will open the Meeting and receive apologies
2 To declare any interests arising at this meeting.
3 Approval to consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the following meeting: Tuesday 2nd July 2024.
The Council will adjourn for the following items:
4 Public Question Time: A period of 10 minutes will be allowed for members of the public to ask questions or make comment regarding the work of the Council or other items that affect Ipplepen.
The Council will convene to conduct the following business:
5 Correspondence & Outside Bodies
6 To receive reports from County and District Councillor
7 Blackstone Cross
8 Planning & Planning Matters:

To approve Minutes of Plans Meeting held on 17th July 2024.

To consider the following planning applications:

24/01174/PN – Notification under Part 3 Class R of the GPDO for change of use of agricultural building to Use Class E (commercial, business or service) at Crokers Farm, Conniford Lane.

24/01213/CAN – Overhang from neighbouring garden on the rear boundary to remove all overhang back to the fence line. These are very minimal works and are to remove brances that are encroaching onto the dwelling. Pruning cuts will not exceed 50mm in diameter. All pruning cuts to be made at suitable growth points at Croftside, Croft Road.

To approve Minutes of Amenities Meeting held on 9th July 2024.
