- Quotes for A381 verge clearance. IN HAND
- Solar panels IN HAND. DB TO REPORT AT NEXT PC MEETING
- Allotment Inspections TO BE ARRANGED

- CONFIRMED THAT VERGE CLEARANCE ON A381 SHOULD PROCEED ONCE QUOTES HAVE BEEN AGREED AT NEXT PC MEETING ON OCTOBER 1ST 2024.
- NOTICE TO BE POSTED AT CLAMPITT RD TOILETS WARNING OF CLOSURE ONCE FIRM DATE HAS BEEN AGREED WITH CONTRACTOR.
- ZIP WIRE AND ROT IN THE JUNIOR SLIDE STEPS ETC HAS BEEN REPORTED TO OUTDOOR PLAY.
DP.TO ADJUST PARK TOILET LOCKS TO LOCK AT 5.30PM EACH DAY.
