The meeting opened at 19:05 hours
- The Chairman opened the Meeting and received apologies.

- The Council convened to conduct the following business on the Agenda:
- Mill Centre solar panels-Award of Green Grant has been confirmed by Teignbridge District Council (TDC) to assist with project costs .DB has advised the Morrell Group that they have been awarded the contract to supply and instal the PV/ solar panels. TDC have advised that the associated works for which the Green Grant covers have to be completed by 28 February in order to receive the grant/funding. Based on the location and implications of the works being carried out in a building where young children will be present DB to liaise with the primary school to establish if ok to carryout the works during term time, or do we need to wait until half term holiday period. DB to ask relevant parties at TDC if we can have an extension of time to use the Grant based on the aforementioned circumstances/ working environment and relatively short time scale.DB to liaise with Cat and send email request to TDC
- Mill Centre inspection-. RC confirmed that condition inspection of the building is required to determine works required to maintain. DB to liaise with Roger Farrow re inspection/condition report
- Inspection of Playpark equipment– SL to liaise with Chris at Outdoor Play to determine condition of equipment and provide report
- Park toilet cladding quotes-RC to chase up quotes with contractors
- Seating for village centre bus stop– RC has confirmed works completed after request received from Barbara Calland during recent full PC meeting for new seating to be installed
- A381 tree cutting– all tree works now completed as required/instructed. PC noted number of complaints/comments received from local residents on social media
- AOB- RC advised that Claire the cleaner is currently ill with flu. Toilets are being cleaned by Claire`s partner and other help
