MINUTES FOR THE AMENITIES MEETING OF IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL ON TUESDAY 10th DECEMBER 2024
- The Chairman will open the Meeting and receive apologies.
- To declare any interests arising at this meeting and to consider any dispensation requests relating to this meeting.

Public Question Time: A period of 10 minutes will be allowed for members of the public to ask questions or make comment regarding the work of the Council or other items that affect Ipplepen
- The Council will convene to conduct the following business:
- Clampitt Road toilet refurb. update. Work complete – re-opened to public 10th Dec 2024. RC
- Park toilet report and cladding update. Awaiting for quotes RC
- Play Park equipment requiring work / replacement. Inspection to be arranged. RC DP
- Mill Centre update – Solar Panels and building inspection (Roger F) Awaiting Grant DB – Inspection in NewYear to be arranged. RC & RF.
- Discuss the employment of a Lengths man. Full agreement, suggested budget of £1500.
- Ippleplanet update -. Letter cancelling Memorandum of Understanding sent. DP
- AOB No other business.
