AMENITIES COMMITTEE MINUTES OF IPPLEPEN PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON TUESDAY 13th AUGUST 2024

The meeting opened at 19:00 hours

Public Question Time: A period of 10 minutes allowed for members of the public to ask questions or make comment regarding the work of the Council or other items that affect Ipplepen
- The Council will convene to conduct the following business:
- Clampitt Road toilet refurbishment.
Cat has written to Sam Davies to request start date for refurb works. Awaiting response
- Park signage
Dog signage has arrived. RC to arrange for installation.
- Fit net to goal in Park
Couple of volunteers required. DP to liaise
- Typhoon
Outdoor Play sorting-liaising with RC
- Solar panels for Mill Centre
DB currently carrying out cost comparisons for quotations received. Will forward to Cat for review at next full PC meeting (Sept)

- Blackstone Cross meeting booked. Presentation being arranged for village
